19: MLB Fan-Safety Lawsuit with Nathaniel Grow
In this episode, Peter Ott discusses the recent fan safety class action lawsuit brought against MLB with Nathaniel Grow, Associate Professor of Legal Studies at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Nathaniel is also the author of the book Baseball on Trial: The Origin of Baseball’s Antitrust Exemption, a number of sports-related law review articles, and some sports-law posts on the website Fangraphs.
