Elliot wrote an article about the problems associated with the NCAA’s relatively new policy for transgender athletes that was published in the Spring 2015 edition of the Sports Lawyers Journal entitled “The NCAA’s Transgender Student-Athlete Policy: How Attempting To Be More Inclusive Has Led to Gender and Gender-Identity Discrimination.”
